With over 30+ years in mortgage lending, Shelley Vance joined the credit union in March 2017.  Having worked in every area of the mortgage arena, from data entry to the secondary market, she knows what it takes to get a deal done smoothly and on-time.  Shelley has helped hundreds of consumers obtain financing for their new home purchase or refinancing of their current home.  You can call her a "mortgage professional" for she is highly trained and very knowledgable about what is going on in this ever-changing industy. 

Shelley understands that borrowers have different needs.  She knows how to create and enviroment of understanding and confidence for her clients, and stresses that transparency is vital to a smooth transaction.  She believes  taking time to listen and understand the borrowers needs is key to structuring the right loan for the situation .  She interacts with her clients on a personal level while providing the highest level of professionalism.
